SCHOOL READINESS GOAL: Children will demonstrate flexibility, inventiveness, curiosity, motivation, persistence, and engagement in learning.

Please choose one activity below, circle which one you completed, and sign when completed. Menus should be sent back when students return to school.

BOX CREATIONS: Give your child empty boxes, tape, crayons, and paper. Encourage them to create a robot, castle, car, or anything they can imagine.

WHAT COULD IT BE?: Show your child an every day object (such as a spoon, box, paper towel tube). Ask  "what else could we use this for?" 

OPEN-ENDED ART: Provide paper, crayons, paint, or recycled materials. Encourage your child to create anything they imagine without giving step-by-step directions.

MYSTERY BAG: Place several items from around the home in a bag (examples: toy, car, hairbrush, spoon). Let your child feel the object without looking guess what it is using clues. 

In addition to completing one of the above activities, please read together each NTI day.
