In partnership with Team Kentucky, Community Action Council will begin operations for the new Team Kentucky Early Learning Center (TKELC) in the summer of 2026.
This exciting new venture allows the Council to showcase their award-winning early childhood education system for state employees within the executive branch, and illustrate the advantages of employer-based child care and early education within the state.
TKELC is located in Frankfort, near the campus of Kentucky State University. The facility will offer six classrooms to educate 92 children, ages one through five.
The program is open to employees of the executive branch of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and requires weekly tuition.
