LEXINGTON, Ky. — Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas counties announced Monday that new officers were elected to oversee the governance of the large nonprofit organization that will soon be commemorating its 55th year of service to Kentucky.
